4. Free and Pro Accounts

4.1 Free Tier

Free accounts have access to all calculators with limited features, including a maximum of 1 saved deal and basic projection periods.

4.2 Pro Tier

Pro accounts are activated through a one-time payment and provide lifetime access to all features including unlimited saved deals, export functionality, sensitivity analysis, and extended projections.

5. Payment Terms

  • Pro upgrade is a one-time payment with lifetime access
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • You will receive a receipt via email for your purchase

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

Important: RentalCalcs provides tools for educational and informational purposes only. Our calculators and analysis are NOT financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
